Pros: When the unit work, its great. Customer Service is very good, geared to makes sure they have satisfied customers. Cons: There is a learning curve involved to use the iphone to listen to music and make/received calls. Not intuitive. Bluetooth device required resetting which meant that I had to either disconnect the battery which resets all electronics in the car, or do a hard booth which required dismantling the dash, getting the devices out and doing a reset. Documentation was not adequate for installation and usage. Installation information was not car model specific. It did not specify how one is to hide the devises behind the dash ! Installation is not for a novice, for sure.

Installation
Easy.. Would like to be able to have a shorter cable, only used a 1ft. I think it is 5-6ft long. Almost to big a bunch to store in a little space..

Not easy to install. Installation documentation was lacking. Specific car model installation would have been very helpful. The connectors to the two devices are not very secure and can disconnect during the process of putting the dash back together. Didn\\\'t know what to do with the devises to hide them! No room in the back of the dash or stereo. Would have been great to have a single unit for both iphone connection and the blue tooth device, as oppose to having to deal with a whole bunch of wires and 2 devices.
